Felix & Spear | Joie de Vivre (Solo show)

The Hepworth Wakefield | Ronald Moody: Sculpting Life

This major exhibition at The Hepworth Wakefield Gallery, guest curated by Moody specialist Ego Ahaiwe Sowinski together with Eleanor Clayton, The Hepworth Wakefield’s Head of Collection and Exhibition, explores the development of Moody’s art as well as his contribution and impact on British and international art history. This exhibition includes contributions by those who knew him, including Paul Dash.

60th Venice Biennale | In Praise of Black Errantry

April 17 – June 29, 2024

During the 60th Venice Biennale, Unit presented In Praise of Black Errantry, a group exhibition that celebrates the Black radical imagination. Curated by Indie A. Choudhury (The Courtauld Institute of Art), the exhibition brings together works by 19 modern and contemporary Afro-diasporic artists. Paul was invited by curator, Indie A. Choudhury, to participate in the exhibition, with Revellers Celebrate at Dusk, 2023, selected and displayed throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Art Gallery of Ontario | Life Between Islands: Caribbean Art 1950s to Now

After a successful run at Tate Britain, in the UK, the Life Between Islands exhibition was taken to Canada for a long run at AGO.

Royal Academy of Arts | Summer Exhibition

Paul was invited to exhibit his work in the Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition. Having previously been selected, it was a huge honor to be invited by David Remfy RA in 2023. There were two pieces of work on display including ‘Clubbing’, both pieces were sold.

An exhibition of work by three senior Caribbean artists: Paul Dash, John Lyons and Errol Lloyd, alongside work chosen from the collections at Fitzwilliam Museum and Kettle’s Yard, Cambridge University. Pieces in the show are selected by the artists in conjunction with Habda Rashid (curator) of Kettle’s Yard and Fitzwilliam Museum - and Guy Haywood of Kettle’s Yard

Tate Britain | Life Between Islands

A landmark exhibition at Tate Britain celebrating and exploring 70 years of Caribbean art. Curated by David A Bailey and Alex Farquharson, Paul’s work was prominently on display amongst artistic peers. Paul was also interviewed and appeared in ‘Lenny Henry’s Caribbean Britain’ on BB2, which aired in June 2022.
