This major exhibition at The Hepworth Wakefield Gallery, guest curated by Moody specialist Ego Ahaiwe Sowinski together with Eleanor Clayton, The Hepworth Wakefield’s Head of Collection and Exhibition, explores the development of Moody’s art as well as his contribution and impact on British and international art history. This exhibition includes contributions by those who knew him, including Paul Dash.

During the 60th Venice Biennale, Unit presented In Praise of Black Errantry, a group exhibition that celebrates the Black radical imagination. Curated by Indie A. Choudhury (The Courtauld Institute of Art), the exhibition brings together works by 19 modern and contemporary Afro-diasporic artists. Paul was invited by curator, Indie A. Choudhury, to participate in the exhibition, with Revellers Celebrate at Dusk, 2023, selected and displayed throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Paul was invited to exhibit his work in the Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition. Having previously been selected, it was a huge honor to be invited by David Remfy RA in 2023. There were two pieces of work on display including ‘Clubbing’, both pieces were sold.

Curated by David A Bailey and Alex Farquharson, Paul’s work was prominently on display amongst artistic peers.
